Pet of the week
Each week a name is drawn live on our morning announcements for some lucky student to showcase their pet on an upcoming morning announcement segment. Now those lucky winners have the option to share their pet's picture with the world when we post the pet's photo to the school's website. If a student has a dog, cat, bird, or any other pet that they would like to tell us about, they can do so by completing a Pet Of the Week Form. You may download the POW form by clicking here or obtain one from the Lake Sybelia media center. Maybe your pet will be the next lucky Pet Of the Week.
Since pets must be delivered to our media center's AV Room we ask that students submit small pets only. No livestock such as cows, pigs, horses, etc. We also ask that students not submit large animals like elephants or dangerous pets such as snakes, lions, bears, etc. All pets must be brought in on the day of the interview and taken home
immediately
after their interview. Please contact Mrs.Kinney for more information.

Our Pet of the Week, "Huckelberry", is a 1.5 year-old Yorkshire Terrier. Huckelberry is a bit spoiled and his favorite toy is a duck. Learn more about Yorkshire Terriers here.
